Introduction and who we are
MyRavelenthoria provides a British travel and countryside editorial website. The contact responsible for enquiries regarding personal information is , using the contact details above. This statement applies to visitors and people who write to our editorial team.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, requested destination, and the message you choose to send. We do not ask you to enter payment card details or sensitive personal information. A web host may process technical requests, such as IP address, user-agent, and server request times, for operational and security purposes.
How your information is used
We use correspondence to reply to questions, respond to editorial submissions, consider relevant requests, prevent misuse, and maintain site security. The site does not operate an account registration or online checkout.
Legal bases under UK data protection law
Where UK GDPR applies, our processing may rely on legitimate interests to respond to editorial correspondence and protect the website, taking account of your rights; on steps requested by you before entering a contract, where appropriate; on compliance with a legal obligation; or on consent for an optional feature that expressly requests it. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Email forms and your device
Our enquiry forms prepare a message in your own email application rather than automatically transmitting your form answers to this website. Information is sent only if you choose to send that email. Your email provider then processes the message under its own arrangements.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not intentionally set analytics, behavioural advertising or marketing cookies. Some hosting or browser features may rely on strictly necessary technical storage. Further information appears in our Cookie Policy.
Recipients and service providers
Information you email us may be available to staff dealing with your request and to the email and hosting providers required for delivery, storage and security. We do not sell submitted details or disclose them to advertising brokers.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably required to deal with the correspondence, meet lawful record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. Access to correspondence is restricted, and appropriate organisational and technical safeguards are used. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
International transfers
If an email or technical service provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, any transfer should be subject to a lawful safeguard where required by UK data protection law, such as adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual protections.
Your rights
Subject to conditions and exemptions, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Children and young people
This editorial site is designed for general travel information and is not deliberately directed towards children. We do not knowingly seek personal details from children.
Third-party websites
Links to external providers, attractions and publications lead to websites governed by their own privacy policies. We cannot control those sites.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice if site practices or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page. For privacy enquiries, write to info@myravelenthoria.com.
